The Role:

As the Director of Nursing , you will lead and oversee all clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

Providing leadership for clinical services and nursing staff Balancing hands-on resident care with administrative oversight Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing team Managing employee health programs (TB testing, physicals, drug screenings) Developing and implementing staffing plans based on resident needs Ensuring compliance with South Carolina Department of Health regulations Leading quality improvement initiatives and maintaining licensure standards Supporting and promoting survey readiness and regulatory processes Partnering in the Vital Living Program to enhance resident quality of life What You Bring as a

Director of Nursing:
