Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and institutional policies to maintain the integrity of nursing operations. Experience Proven experience in management or leadership roles within healthcare or academic institutions, preferably in hospice.
