Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Director of Nursing to serve as a leader in our skilled nursing facility. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. We are looking for a true leader with management expertise, and a strong background in healthcare settings. As a key member of our IDT, you will drive initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, staff development, and operational efficiency, all while aligning with our mission to provide compassionate and innovative healthcare services. We are licensed for 91 beds and located in Knoxville, TN. Responsibilities Direct, train, and evaluate all nursing department staff (Management, RN, LPN, CNA, etc.) Set objectives and long-term goals for the department Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed Develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high-quality standards Resolve deficiencies when needed Ensure the facility is in compliance Work with other departments to achieve the best outcomes for the facility Requirements Proven experience as Director of Nursing is preferred Active RN license required Experience in Long Term Care preferred Great communication and people skills
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
