The facility is a leader in outpatient and in-patient behavioral health and provides a integrated service line of care for patients suffering from psychiatric, emotional and substance abuse issues. The DON would work Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm with a tenured support staff and team. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department(s), including all aspects of patient care, budgeting, staffing and quality assurance. An RN /BSN is required and a Masters degree MSN strongly preferred as well as 3-5 years+ of management experience . At least 2 years of experience in a psychiatric facility setting is preferred along with Q/A, and DNV /Joint Commission experience is important.

S UMMARY

The CNO is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department(s), including all aspects of patient care, budgeting, staffing and quality assurance. The Director of Nursing provides the framework for the strategic goals of the department. Reports to CEO/Administrator. CNO Compensation (Base Salary) $135,000-150,000+ incentives for meeting goals and objectives with comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, PTO, Vision, 401K with Matching Contribution If moving to the Maryville /Knoxville area a relocation allowance is available.
