This is a unique leadership opportunity for a motivated nurse who is excited about helping build a mission-driven pediatric organization from the ground up. The selected candidate will play a major role in shaping clinical operations, staffing culture, compliance readiness, and quality pediatric care standards as the organization grows. We are seeking a long-term clinical leader who possesses strong leadership skills, professionalism, sound judgment, and a passion for caring for children with complex medical needs. About Our Program Raleigh Springs Pediatrics & Wellness Center is a specialized pediatric prescribed care and wellness center designed to serve medically vulnerable and medically complex children who require ongoing skilled nursing oversight and supportive daytime care services. This is not a traditional daycare center or standard pediatric clinic. Our program is designed to provide a safe, structured, medically supervised environment for children with complex healthcare needs while supporting their developmental, emotional, and family-centered care goals. Our center will serve children who may require: medication administration feeding tube support seizure monitoring mobility assistance individualized care plans ongoing pediatric clinical supervision As part of Tennessee's evolving pediatric healthcare landscape, this program represents an innovative model focused on compassionate, high-quality pediatric wellness and supportive care services. Pre-Opening Leadership Opportunity We are currently building our founding clinical leadership team during our pre-opening and credentialing phase. The selected candidate will work closely with ownership and executive leadership to help guide operational development, clinical readiness, staffing systems, and pediatric care implementation before opening. As our organization grows, opportunities for leadership advancement, executive responsibility, and compensation growth will grow as well.
Compensation Starting pay:
$45-$60 per hour Compensation based on pediatric experience, leadership ability, and clinical background Full-time leadership position Opportunities for professional and financial growth as the organization expands Core Responsibilities Serve as Administrator & Director of Nursing for the pediatric center Oversee daily pediatric clinical operations Ensure compliance with Tennessee healthcare regulations and standards Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and clinical staff Coordinate individualized pediatric care plans Assist with state licensure readiness and operational compliance Maintain quality assurance, safety standards, and clinical documentation Partner with physicians, therapists, families, and care coordinators Help establish a positive, compassionate, and professional workplace culture Assist in developing policies, procedures, staffing systems, and operational workflows Leadership Expectations The ideal candidate must demonstrate: strong leadership and decision-making skills professionalism and accountability excellent communication and organizational ability confidence managing pediatric clinical operations compassion toward children and families the ability to lead and motivate staff a long-term growth mindset and commitment to organizational development Qualifications Active, unrestricted Tennessee RN license required Minimum of 2 years pediatric nursing experience preferred Supervisory, management, or administrative experience preferred Current CPR certification required PALS certification preferred Experience working with medically fragile or technology-dependent children strongly preferred About Our Mission At Raleigh Springs Pediatrics Wellness Center, we believe medically vulnerable children deserve compassionate, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment where they can grow, thrive, and feel valued.
