Job Description

Exceptional Healthcare | Dallas, TX (Hybrid at corporate + travel to EHC sites) Exceptional Healthcare is reshaping emergency care through specialized hospitals built around the communities they serve. Our footprint is growing. Our model works. We need a nursing executive who can carry that standard across every site. This is the top nursing seat at EHC. You'll set the clinical vision, build the practice standards, and make sure nursing across our hospitals and ambulatory sites operates as one connected system, not a collection of locations. ' Lead nursing strategy, operations, and patient care quality across the EHC system Partner with the Corporate CEO and COO on growth, clinical integration, and the workforce decisions that shape where we go next Build out nursing education, professional development, and peer review at the system level Drive care coordination, virtual care models, and workforce planning across all sites Keep us compliant, accredited, and ahead of regulatory expectations Own quality and patient satisfaction outcomes. Not as a report. As a result. Be visible. Travel to sites. Know your nurse leaders by name and what they're up against. BSN required. MSN, MHA, or related master's required. Active RN license. 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership in a complex health system. Community hospital experience is a real plus. The kind of leader nurses want to follow and physicians want in the room. ' 3514 Cedar Springs Rd, Dallas, TX 75219. Hybrid at corporate with regular travel to EHC sites across the footprint. We're small enough that your fingerprints will be on everything, and growing fast enough that the work matters. If you've been waiting for a system where the CNO seat is shaping the model rather than maintaining one someone else built, this is it. Learn more at ehc24.com/about 1LR3PiR51C
