Job Description

Director of Nursing (DON) Lakewest Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is seeking experienced candidates for the role of Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team. The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for maintaining standards of resident care and advising nursing staff. Your role will also include planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents. Director of Nursing (DON) must have excellent leadership skills and long term care (LTC) experience.
