$110,000 annually About the Organization Lincoln Healthcare has partnered with a multi-state behavioral health network specializing in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. Our client provides comprehensive, individualized care with a strong focus on healing, accountability, and sustainable recovery. Position Overview We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee nursing operations across our client's residential campus and provide limited support to its outpatient detox center in Smithville. The DON will report directly to the Executive Director . Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing team to ensure delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Oversee all aspects of nursing services, including scheduling, compliance, medication management, and staff development. Partner with the medical and clinical leadership teams to support seamless client care across residential and outpatient settings. Drive process improvements and support change management initiatives during the organization's integration phase. Maintain strong compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. Provide limited (approx. 5%) support to the outpatient detox center, primarily in coordination and provider support, located in Dallas, TX. Ideal Candidate Registered Nurse (RN) , licensed in Texas (or ability to obtain). Proven leadership experience within a healthcare setting, preferably in SUD treatment or addiction experience. Strong operational skills with a task-oriented and adaptable mindset . Demonstrated ability to lead teams through organizational change and integration . Why Join?
