Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Falcon Point Post Acute -
Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Overview:
Falcon Point Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our clinical leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, results-driven nurse leader to help drive clinical excellence and support the daily operations of a high-performing skilled nursing and long-term care facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing all aspects of nursing services, ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to nursing staff across all shifts. Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and quality assurance initiatives. Participate in care planning, risk management, and performance improvement efforts. Ensure staffing levels and scheduling meet the needs of the facility and residents. Foster a culture of accountability, respect, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
Qualifications:
Current and valid LVN license in the state. Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, including infection control and survey readiness. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and support clinical teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
