Full Job Description Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage the budget for the nursing department and allocate resources appropriately.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nursing practices.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
