Full Job Description Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the budget for the nursing department and allocate resources appropriately.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nursing practices.
Requirements:
  • Valid nursing license in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
