This leadership position offers a starting wage of $35-40/hr depending on clinical experience. The nursing department manages care protocols for a 125-bed skilled nursing facility. This role directly monitors patient care metrics, supervises clinical staffing ratios, and maintains medical compliance standards.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:
$35-40/hr.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with some on-call rotation requirements.

Responsibilities Monitor resident care plans and clinical charts to ensure accurate documentation. Supervise floor nurses and nurse aides during daily shifts. Manage clinical staff schedules to ensure proper floor coverage and compliance. Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to implement facility health regulations. Audit medical inventory and supply availability for nursing staff. Atmosphere & Environment Midland Medical Lodge operates a 125-bed skilled nursing facility located at 3000 Mockingbird Lane. The building layout supports organized clinical workflows and efficient response times. Team members work within a structured environment centered on routine care delivery and verifiable facility compliance. Qualifications Valid Texas LVN or RN license. Demonstrated leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Must pass a criminal background check (legal requirement for SNFs). Must be able to pass a drug screening.
