Director of Nursing - RN 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Shady Acres Health & Rehabilitation is a family owned and operated Skilled Nursing Facility licensed for 84 beds. Our Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for working closely with the Administrator and Medical Director to provide the highest quality of care to our Residents in a faith based environment. Staff that directly report to the DON are the Assistant Director of Nursing, MDS Coordinator, and Activity Director. Responsibilities include conducting Resident assessments, train and mentor charge nurses, coordinate monthly in-services, adhere to all state and federal requirements pertaining to nursing homes and any other duties deemed necessary by administration.

Registered Nurse 1 year Supervising Experience in a Long Term Care Setting "A Family Caring for Families" Since 1965
