Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our healthcare leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will support the strategic direction and operational management of nursing services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment, promote best practices, and uphold compliance with healthcare standards. Duties Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance nursing operations and patient outcomes Oversee budgeting processes related to nursing departments, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management Lead and manage nursing staff through effective supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations Coordinate educational programs, training sessions, and continuing education initiatives for nursing personnel Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery and adherence to regulatory standards Support management in policy development, quality assurance, and compliance audits Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth, teamwork, and innovation Requirements Proven experience in management within a healthcare or educational setting, preferably with university affiliation or experience in higher education administration Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational leadership Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects effectively Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach, mentor, and collaborate across departments Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher; Master's degree preferred Valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction; additional certifications in management or education are advantageous Join us to make a meaningful impact on healthcare education and patient care! Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
