Job Description

The Beaumont Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our community nursing team to oversee patient care processes. Must possess a dynamic personality with clinical and management skills to provide oversight and supervision of care for the seniors in our community. The community RN will be responsible for promoting the health and well-being of our residents, supervising personal care staff, and coordinating all personal care services provided to residents by personal care staff.

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessment of care and service needs for residents prior to and upon Move-In Monitor the health status of community residents and complete regular assessments and service plans Conduct care conferences with residents and responsible parties Ensure Healthcare Provider orders are executed with communication of follow up to Healthcare Providers Ensure complete and accurate documentation Provide orientation training and competencies for care team members Collaborate with community directors for support of residents Assist the patients with getting resources/entitlements that improve their lives
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state of UT Knowledge of State Regulatory requirements and able to demonstrate clinical compliance Experience in healthcare management and supervision in Assisted Living, Long Term Care or Residential Care Ability to direct risk management tasks with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written Assessment and service plan development experience required Experience with Microsoft Office A background check and TB test are required by employer upon hire.
