Job Description:
Assist the Director of Nursing with: Active management of clinical systems Nursing staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring/firing Team building, morale building, motivating the clinical team to provide the finest patient care Assist with development/maintenance of nursing programs and activities Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc. Any additional functions as directed by the

Minimum associate degree. Bachelor's degree preferred Utah RN license in good standing Minimum one year of successful nursing leadership experience in a long-term care facility preferred Minimum two years' skilled nursing facility nursing experience required Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner Must speak and understand English Genuine loveconcern for the geriatric population!
