  • Registered Nurse), you will: Develop and maintain nursing service goals and standards of practice Participate in nursing department staffing (recruit, select, assign, orient, in-service, supervise, evaluate, retain, terminate) Collaborate with the Administrator and Center leadership to meet Center goals Coordinates nursing services with other services such as medical, rehabilitation, social services, and activities Administer and evaluate all nursing service programs to maintain standards of patient care Qualifications Qualifications for Director of Nursing•DON (RN•Registered Nurse): Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions Current CPR Certification Five years' experience in a nursing leadership role Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred) Come work in a safe environment and be part of a team that is driven by our mission: to provide peace of mind to those we care for: our patients, residents, families, and staff.
