Interim Assistant Director of Nursing - LTC | VA Are you an experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing available now and ready for a short-term interim assignment ? Clinical Resources is urgently seeking an Interim Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) near Norfolk, VA . This is a time-sensitive placement with immediate start; ideal for nurses who enjoy flexibility, travel, and making an immediate difference where they're needed most.

Position Overview:
As the Interim Assistant Director of Nursing , you will provide hands-on clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and help ensure compliance and quality outcomes during this short-term assignment. This role is designed for confident, seasoned nurses who excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy stepping in to stabilize and support care teams.
Requirements:
Active RN License VA Previous leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting Strong clinical expertise with a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance standards
