Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000 Full-Time |
Salary:
$95,000-$110,000 (based on experience) Evergreen Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in leading our nursing team and ensuring high-quality care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist the DON with daily clinical operations Support staffing, scheduling, and nursing team leadership Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Monitor quality of care and assist with clinical audits Support staff training, orientation, and performance
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Virginia Long-term care or skilled nursing experience Leadership or supervisory nursing experience Strong communication and organizational skills
