Absolutely charming Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) on the north side of Moses Lake, Washington seeks an experienced RN leader for their Director of Nursing (DON, DNS) job. This community is highly rated and well-staffed. Support is available to mentor a Registered Nurse candidate who is advancing into this role from Assistant Director of Nursing or Resident Care Manager level position. Position Overview The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and accountability of nursing services across the campus. This role partners closely with the Nursing Home Administrator to ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical programs Hire, develop, coach, and retain nursing staff Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families Participate in resident care planning and quality initiatives Manage departmental budgeting and staffing plans Ideal Candidate Qualifications Active RN license in Washington State or Compact RN license Prior success as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility or
ADON, RCM
