Complete Care at Germantown Formerly known as Virginia Highlands Care and Rehab Center 121-Bed | 4-Star Overall Rated Skilled Nursing Facility Germantown, Wisconsin Complete Care at Germantown is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at our 121-bed skilled nursing facility in Germantown, Wisconsin. Formerly known as Virginia Highlands Care and Rehab Center, our 4-star overall rated facility is committed to delivering exceptional care while creating a supportive environment for both residents and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about quality outcomes, team development, and operational excellence in long-term care.
