• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including mentoring and coaching to ensure exceptional patient care
• Conduct performance evaluations, address staff concerns, and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing care standards

• Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance
