Regional Director Elderspan Management, LLC - 3.6 Madison, WI Job Details Full-time 23 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Working with seniors Driving Care facility administration Full Job Description ElderSpan Management has a rare opportunity for a dedicated, pragmatic and energetic Nurse to join our team in Madison at the Business Office! The Regional Directoris a key member of the leadership/administrative support team and will work onsite at our office on Madisons north side with significant travel (50%). This position will report directly to the
COO & CEO.

Salary Range:
Based on Experience Regional Director responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Regulatory Compliance & Surveys:
Lead and assist with DHS survey readiness Audit records to determine compliance Manage Plans of Correction for state/federal inspections
Clinical Oversight & Quality:
Monitor facility outcomes (i.e. falls, infections, etc.) Implement evidence-based practices to improve care
Mentorship & Training:
Train, mentor and support Facility Administrators and Care Coordinators on systems, policies and best practices
Operations Support:
Act as liaison between business operations and facility staff to manage clinical, financial and staffing models Provides recommendations and assists with quality improvements
Interim Management:
Work as interim Facility Administrator or Care Coordinator during vacancies What qualifications are we looking for in a Regional Director? Active RN or LPN license in Wisconsin, required Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), preferred 5 or more years of working experience and knowledge of the aging process and services in facilities designed for the frail elderly 3 or more years of management experience (i.e. Director of Nursing, Facility Administrator, etc.) Strong nursing knowledge and skills Knowledge of WI CBRF regulations Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to travel and drive to multiple locations 50% of the time What benefits would the Regional Director receive?
