Resident Care Coordinator (Assistant Director of Nursing) - Oak Village 2.4 2.4 out of 5 stars Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 Full-time The Auberge 32 reviews Full-time $5,000 Sign On Bonus •Must be LPN to qualify for Sign On Bonus The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, training, and mentoring caregiver and med tech personnel to deliver clinical care and within scope of practice and coordinates care delivery, which ensures resident's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. Education:
High school diploma preferred; High school equivalent required
Skills :
Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner
Years of Experience :
2-3 years resident care experience and training staff required; prior experience with dementia population preferred
Licensure :
Current active LPN license in state of practice strongly preferred & required for
