Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our nursing and healthcare teams with passion, expertise, and strategic vision. The CNO will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient and resident care across various settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, hospice, home health, and acute care environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare services by fostering a culture of excellence, compliance, and compassionate care. Duties Manage daily nursing operations, staffing, and productivity Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance Lead hiring, training, performance, and staff accountability Monitor census/acuity and adjust resources Oversee quality, safety, infection control, and incident management Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams Manage budgets, supplies, and clinical documentation Support surveys, audits, and strategic planning Requirements Minimum of 5 years management experience Minimum of 4 years in BH, Critical Care, ED, or ICU Masters required
