As an interim consultant, you'll partner with senior care providers to stabilize operations, support teams, and lead with confidence during transitional periods. What You'll Do Provide interim nursing leadership in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living settings Support clinical operations, compliance, staffing, and resident care initiatives Mentor and guide nursing teams during leadership transitions Collaborate with facility leadership and regional teams to drive positive outcomes Step into assignments with professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills Qualifications Current Wisconsin RN Licensed required MN License a plus Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced healthcare environments Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin and other Midwest states to work onsite as needed Why Join Senior Care Solutions?
