Skilled Nursing Facility Training Program Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility Training Program at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab in Antioch, Illinois. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care while undergoing comprehensive training and education to excel in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities:

Provide patient care and education under the supervision of experienced RNs and medical staff Participate in on-the-job training and education to develop skills and knowledge in skilled nursing facility care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and improving quality of life for our residents Demonstrate a passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of nursing practice

Requirements:

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment [Salary] competitive salary and benefits package offered
