Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to join our outstanding leadership team. Your Role:
Lead, Inspire, and Elevate Care As the Director of Nursing , you will be a key leader responsible for maintaining the highest standards of patient care while guiding and supporting a dedicated team.
Key responsibilities include:
Staff Leadership:
Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure excellence in care.
Goal Setting:
Establish departmental goals and track progress to ensure top-tier performance.
Policy Development:
Create and implement effective nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Budget Oversight:
Manage departmental budgets to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively.
Direct Reporting:
Report directly to the Administrator, offering insight into department performance and patient care.
Quality of Care:
Maintain and uphold high standards of patient care, ensuring the safety and comfort of every resident.
Confidentiality & Record Keeping:
Manage patients' medical records with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
Clear Communication:
Foster open communication with physicians, patients, and family members to ensure transparent updates on patient health and care plans.
Staff Meetings:

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university. State RN Licensure in NV 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare facility with a solid understanding of skilled nursing care.
Strong Critical Thinking & Adaptability:
Ability to think critically and make quick, informed decisions in dynamic situations.
Leadership Skills:
