The Director of Nursing responsibilities include: Oversight of the clinical care of all residents Ensuring continued adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations Management and oversight of all nursing staff Providing planning, organization, education, supervision, and evaluation of all services provided in the facility Ensuring that all department staff is properly trained to perform their required duties
Director of Nursing Qualifications:
3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term care Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid #OPPHP What's in it for you?
