Located in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, our 118-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center offers a unique opportunity for a nursing leader who is committed to quality outcomes, team development, and operational excellence. The facility provides post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, orthopedic recovery, wound care, pulmonary care, cardiac care, and other specialized clinical services.
