Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Description:

The Assistant Director of Nursing (Assistant Clinical Operations Officer) will be responsible for assisting the Director (Clinical Operations Officer) in managing the clinical operations of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Clinical Operations Officer in managing the clinical operations of the healthcare facility Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff and provide feedback as necessary Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and clinical operations Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:

Active RN license Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing (at least one year of supervisory experience is preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of care Proficient in
