Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department with passion, expertise, and strategic foresight. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Your leadership will drive excellence in clinical practice, staff development, and operational efficiency, aligning with our mission to provide compassionate and comprehensive healthcare services. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to advance nursing services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies to maintain the highest levels of safety and quality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care programs that enhance outcomes and patient satisfaction. Drive educational initiatives by overseeing training programs, continuous education, and teaching responsibilities for nursing staff and students. Represent the organization at professional forums, maintaining strong relationships within the healthcare community and promoting best practices in nursing management. Other duties as assigned by the executive team. Qualifications Proven experience in management roles within healthcare settings, with a strong background in nursing leadership. 3+ years' experience working with behavioral health/substance use disorder. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Experience in quality assurance required. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational change. Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. This is a salary-based position, with the pay scale being highly competitive depending upon qualifications and previous experience.
