Responsibilities Lead and manage nursing operations to ensure patient care standards are met. Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold patient safety standards. Develop and execute staffing plans to maintain adequate nurse coverage. Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and mentor nursing staff to support career growth and development. Build and maintain a high-visibility performance dashboard for stakeholders. Coordinate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes. Drive adoption of evidence-based practices and clinical protocols. Create and manage the nursing department budget and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Lead recruitment and onboarding for nursing leadership and frontline roles. Experience/Qualifications Nurse executive leadership of nursing operations and patient care standards. Active licensure as a registered nurse with valid state privileges. Regulatory compliance mastery (CMS, JCAHO, state boards) and patient safety. Quality metrics oversight and continuous improvement with dashboards. Strategic staffing plans to ensure adequate nurse coverage and favorable ratios. Budget management for nursing department and resource allocation. Mentorship and development of nursing staff and leaders. Experience implementing evidence-based practices and clinical protocols. Recruitment and onboarding oversight for nursing leadership and frontline roles. Cross-functional collaboration with physicians and care teams.
