$70/hr to $75/hour (W2)

Contract Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate all nursing activities within the facility Ensure delivery of high-quality, individualized patient care Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures Review patient records and monitor clinical outcomes Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative leadership Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards Manage staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally Perform administrative duties including reporting, budgeting, and resource management Qualifications Active RN license (State of West Virginia or compact) Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or in a nursing leadership role Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively
