Days (to be assigned by the facility)Requirements:
Active RN License Previous Director of Nursing (DON) or nursing leadership experience preferred Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience Strong leadership, clinical, and team management skills BLS Certification (if required by the facility)Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality patient care. Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of resident care. #P1RN Pay:
$2,200.00- $2,400.
