Day | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | 5x8
Schedule Contract:
8-13 Weeks (Extension Possible) 40 hrs guaranteed
Pay:
Local:
$65/hr
Travel:
$75/hr blended | $3,000/week gross About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead operations in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care facility. This leadership role requires expertise in survey readiness, staff development, compliance, and quality patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee all nursing operations Ensure compliance with state, federal, CMS regulations Lead & mentor nursing staff and managers Maintain survey readiness & improve outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Manage staffing, scheduling, and care planning Qualifications Active RN License (WV or Compact) 2+ years DON experience in SNF/LTC 1+ year RN experience Current BLS Certification Apply Today - Limited Openings!
