8hr days Annual salary - 115K to 135K based on experience Start date is tentative based on the candidate completing the facility onboarding process for new hires. 8 Hour days, 30 hours guaranteed per week. This role will include a mix of inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient therapy services.

none right now. MUST have NPI number. The Director will also provide supervision and support to all PT and PTA staff including providing evals for PTs. The Director of Therapy and Rehabilitation Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical performance, and strategic direction of rehabilitation services within the facility. This role manages therapy programs while ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, budgeting, and operational efficiency. The Director collaborates with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment programs, improve patient outcomes, and maintain compliance with all Arkansas state and federal healthcare regulations. Requirements. Active Arkansas PT License and Current AHA BLS Certification. Minimum experience : requesting 2-5 years management experience in a therapy setting. Strong communication and patient education skills, Ability to work independently in a smaller team environment, Familiarity with EMR/documentation systems, and Strong time management and adaptability in mixed settings. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in rural or critical access hospital settings and be comfortable floating between inpatient and outpatient caseloads.
