Therapy Resource (PT/OT/SLP) - Skilled Nursing | East Phoenix, AZ (Bandera East)

Full-Time Overview Are you someone who can influence, inspire, and elevate others? We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Therapy Resource with skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience to support our growing Bandera East operations in the East Phoenix area. This role is open to licensed Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both in-house therapy programs and expanding outpatient services. Key Responsibilities Inspire and develop Directors of Rehabilitation and facility leadership Support and strengthen therapy teams through servant leadership Promote and reinforce a strong organizational culture across interdisciplinary teams Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Provide ongoing training and mentorship to facility staff Travel locally 70-80% of the time (typically onsite 4-5 days/week) Desired Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire Excellent writing skills (policies, procedures, compliance reporting) Self-motivated and disciplined in a home office environment Passionate educator with strong presentation skills High level of integrity, credibility, and professionalism Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions Adaptable and responsive to a fast-paced, evolving environment Qualifications Active license as a PT, OT, or SLP Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required (multi-site experience preferred) Knowledge of MDS coding and regulatory requirements Proven success in growing long-term care and outpatient therapy programs Strong understanding of healthcare regulations in the SNF setting Ability to collaborate with all levels of leadership Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience Competitive compensation package including: Base salary Performance bonuses Stock options Schedule Typically Monday-Friday business hours May vary based on travel and workload
Average:
