What You'll Be Doing:

Lead, manage, and mentor an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants Oversee daily operations of the rehab department, ensuring top-quality therapy services Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to support positive patient outcomes Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and documentation standards Monitor staffing, scheduling, and productivity goals to keep the department thriving Champion a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement

Northern California Ideal Candidates Will Have:
