Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department Lead, mentor, and develop therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP) Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes Manage scheduling, productivity, and department performance

Qualifications:
