Regional Therapy Consultant Capital Post-Acute - 3.3 Sacramento, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Skilled nursing facility experience Long term care experience Team leadership Occupational therapy in skilled nursing facilities Clinical team leadership Full Job Description Regional Therapy Consultant Multi-Site Travel Required | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Regional Therapy Consultant to support therapy operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to Sacramento, Santa Rosa, and Peninsula locations.
Responsibilities:
Support and mentor Directors of Rehabilitation (DORs) and therapy teams Drive operational performance including productivity, staffing, clinical programs, and census growth Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Conduct facility visits, audits, and mock surveys Ensure compliance with Medicare, PDPM, Part B, and documentation standards Assist with recruiting, staffing support, onboarding, and team development Partner with Administrators and leadership to support facility needs
Qualifications:
Active CA PT, OT, or SLP license preferred 3-5+ years DOR experience required 2+ years management/leadership experience required SNF experience required Experience supporting multiple buildings preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned territory
