Regional Therapy Resource Sweetwater Care - 2.3 Sacramento, CA Job Details Full-time 23 hours ago Qualifications Long-term care regulations Regulatory compliance Key Performance Indicators Team management Full Job Description Therapy Resource We are looking to add to our growing team! Therapy Resources in our company serve as regional clinical and operational leaders who support therapy services across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This role partners closely with facility leadership, including Administrators and Directors of Rehabilitation, amongst other department heads, to drive clinical excellence, optimize operational performance, and ensure the successful implementation of therapy programs. The Therapy Resource is responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, supporting labor and productivity management, staffing, and promoting evidence-based clinical programs. Key Responsibilities Operational Performance & Metrics Management Monitor and analyze key therapy performance indicators across assigned facilities. Provide ongoing coaching to Directors of Rehabilitation (DORs) on financial and operational performance Support budget adherence and contribute to financial forecasting related to therapy services Clinical Program Development & Oversight Lead the implementation, education, and sustainability of clinical programs. Ensure programs are aligned with current clinical standards and regulatory requirements Track program outcomes and adjust strategies to improve patient outcomes and engagement Education & Training Provide ongoing education and training to therapy teams on: Clinical best practices Documentation and compliance Program development and implementation Operational expectations and KPI management Collaboration & Leadership Partner with facility Administrators, DORs, and regional leadership to align therapy operations with facility goals Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives Labor & Workforce Management Assess staffing models and make recommendations to optimize efficiency and patient care Support recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies for therapy staff Travel Requirements Travel up to or around 50% to assigned facilities for on-site support, audits, training, and program implementation Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Prior experience as a Director of Rehabilitation (preferred) Strong understanding of SNF regulatory requirements, reimbursement models, and clinical programming Demonstrated ability to analyze and act on performance metrics Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
