The Regional Director of Resident Services audits assigned communities for regulatory, and Westmont Living compliance and provide support and consultation to the Resident Service Directors and Program Directors. We are looking for a dynamic exceptional Nurse to join our regional team!

Applicants without nursing licensure will be considered with a minimum of 4 year regulatory experience in the senior living industry The Regional Director of Resident Services reports to the Divisional Director of Clinical Services but maintains accountability to each of the Executive Directors and the Regional VPs of Operations Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling. Strong customer service track record with measurable results Proven motivational abilities Responsibility for developing the strategy and vision for services; communicating and presenting that strategy up and down the chain of command.
