The Regional Director of Resident Services audits assigned communities for regulatory, and Westmont Living compliance and provide support and consultation to the Resident Service Directors and Program Directors. We are looking for a dynamic exceptional Nurse to join our regional team!

Applicants without nursing licensure will be considered with a minimum of 4 year regulatory experience in the senior living industry The Regional Director of Resident Services reports to the Divisional Director of Clinical Services but maintains accountability to each of the Executive Directors and the Regional VPs of Operations Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling. Strong customer service track record with measurable results Proven motivational abilities Responsibility for developing the strategy and vision for services; communicating and presenting that strategy up and down the chain of command. Ability to travel outside of home office area 3-4 nights per week on average Highly ethical and responsible clinical philosophy Successful experience with developing and executing presentations to C level executives Senior housing or healthcare experience preferred Able to travel 80-90% Westmont Living is an equal opportunity employer; however, new employees must complete a post offer employment physical, TB test, drug testing, fingerprinting/ criminal background check, and reference checking to meet licensing regulations within our industry.
