Open to Discuss Mandatory Qualifications for this Job Candidates must meet the following requirements: Current and active Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the State of California Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation setting Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Post-Acute Care experience preferred Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and rehabilitation compliance standards Experience managing rehabilitation programs, staff scheduling, and productivity standards Preferred Qualifications Prior Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) experience Experience with regulatory compliance and survey readiness Multi-disciplinary therapy management experience Strong understanding of quality improvement initiatives Roles and Responsibilities As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead and manage all rehabilitation services while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
