In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive rehabilitation programs that enhance patient outcomes and foster a culture of excellence. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team of clinicians and support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of rehabilitation services within a vibrant healthcare environment committed to innovation and patient-centered care. Duties Develop strategic plans to expand and improve rehabilitation programs, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of therapists, technicians, and support personnel to ensure optimal performance and professional growth Oversee daily operations of rehabilitation departments, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory requirements Monitor patient progress and outcomes to ensure the delivery of effective, evidence-based therapies Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and external partners to coordinate care plans and promote integrated service delivery Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and accreditation requirements across all rehabilitation services Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and treatment modalities that enhance patient recovery experiences Qualifications Strong knowledge of clinical practices, industry regulations, and best practices in rehabilitation therapy Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, patients, families, and external stakeholders
OT, OTA, PT, PTA, SLP
