The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in physical therapy, combined with exceptional leadership skills to oversee rehabilitation programs and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. As the Director of Rehabilitation, PT, you will be responsible for managing staff, developing treatment protocols, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence in therapeutic services. Duties Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all physical therapy rehabilitation programs within the organization. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate rehabilitation staff to promote professional growth and maintain high standards of clinical practice. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols aligned with best practices and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans that optimize recovery outcomes. Monitor operational performance, including patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and compliance with safety regulations. Facilitate staff training sessions, continuing education opportunities, and performance reviews to ensure ongoing professional development. Manage resource allocation effectively to support efficient service delivery while maintaining quality standards. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and accountability among rehabilitation staff. Requirements Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in clinical physical therapy practice with a minimum of five years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, modalities, and current industry standards. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaborative working relationships. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills to engage staff, patients, and external partners professionally. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care while adhering to regulatory guidelines and safety protocols. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
