Minimum Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) required. Active CT state PT license required to start. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred but not required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred. Previous supervisory or clinic lead experience preferred. Clinic Director or lead PT experience will be considered. Ability to function as the sole provider in the clinic and oversee an aide when volume supports that role. Availability to work the outlined schedule: Monday-Friday day shifts with possible rotating Saturday coverage. No H-1B transfers accepted.
Benefits Bonus potential:

Typical Schedule Monday/Wednesday/Friday:
8:00 AM•6:00 PM or 9:00 AM•7:00 PM.
Tuesday/Thursday:
8:00 AM•1:00 PM or 9:00 AM•2:00 PM.
Rotating Saturdays:
8:00 AM•12:00 PM (about once per month at most clinics). Some locations offer a 4x10 schedule (typically off Tuesday or Wednesday). Role Details Hiring for a Clinic Director or staff PT willing to step into a Clinic Director role. Candidates may be considered for compensation adjustments for exceptional fit and immediate availability. Clinic volume is currently light in the Hamden/West Haven area (approximately 35-45 visits per week). Typical patient load averages 1.0-1.2 patients per hour. The Clinic Director will be the sole clinical provider on-site and will oversee an aide when patient volume increases. A front desk person handles scheduling but is not directly managed by the Clinic Director. Interview and hiring process managed by recruiting lead with subsequent regional director interview when mutually agreed. Location Highlights Hamden, CT offers convenient access to coastal and cultural attractions within a short drive. Nearby New Haven provides diverse dining and arts venues, including museums and theater.
