Role:
As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department, ensuring that our residents receive comprehensive and effective rehabilitation services. Your expertise will focus on developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, supervising staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Your exceptional leadership skills will also enable you to manage department budgets, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to individual resident needs Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff, providing guidance and training as needed Collaborate with interprofessional teams to achieve seamless resident care and optimal outcomes Patient Care as needed Manage department budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize costs Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure accreditation standards are met Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting employee engagement and job satisfaction
Requirements:
A Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution 1+ YOE as a Rehab Director preferred Current licensure in the State of Florida Strong leadership and management skills, with expertise in rehabilitation best practices and regulatory compliance
