Assistant Director of Rehab Job Summary:
Harmony Health & Rehabilitation Center, a beacon of care for a stronger tomorrow, seeks a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Rehab to join our team in Fitzgerald, GA . As an Assistant Director of Rehab, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation team and creating a holistic approach to patient care. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs that cater to the unique needs of our residents Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal outcomes Assist the Director of Rehab with daily operations and treatment Conduct assessments, develop plans of care, and implement rehabilitation interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and quality of life Oversee and mentor the rehab therapy team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional patient care Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and rehabilitation plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a rehab setting, with experience in long-term care preferred Current GA licensure as a therapist in the rehab team Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, with a focus on customer satisfaction and patient-centered care
