Job Description
Join a winning team! Upson Regional Medical Center is a small hospital with a BIG heart! This Director is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for the management of Labor and Delivery, Mother-Baby, and Neonatal Specialty Unit under the direct supervision of the Chief Clinical Officer. The Director plans, organizes, directs, and supervises the operation/activities in those departments. He/she is responsible for the performance of the employees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure optimum patient care and spends 90% of time in management. He/she participates in a call for house supervision call as required and relieves the CNO as needed.
