We are currently seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team with passion, integrity, and clinical excellence. What You'll Do As Director of Rehabilitation, you will: Lead and oversee all rehabilitation services within the facility Manage, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary therapy team Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Monitor program performance, quality measures, and patient satisfaction Drive continuous improvement and innovation in rehab services What We're Looking For Licensed PT, OT, or SLP (required) Previous leadership or management experience in a rehab setting Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Passion for patient-centered care and team development Why Karcher Post Acute?
